Mark Wilhoite
Chief Development Officer
Mark Wilhoite currently serves as Chief Development Officer at PREP. He previously held the roles of Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Development. Prior to PREP, Mr. Wilhoite was employed by Phillips Edison & Company as Senior Project Manager with specific focus on the redevelopment projects owned and operated by the funds and Development Project Manager for the Net Lease Investments group in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. markets. Before joining PREP and Phillips Edison & Company, he began his career with RTKL Associates, a nationally recognized architectural firm in Baltimore, MD. He also worked for Regency Centers where he focused on their Kroger, Target and Walmart power center developments in the Midwest. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Planning and Urban Design from the University of Cincinnati.
