Sara J. Brennan

Prior to joining PREP as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Sara Brennan served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Phillips Edison, managing a legal department of 21 lawyers, paralegals and assistants. Ms. Brennan oversaw Phillips Edison’s registered investment advisor, and all of Phillips Edison’s real estate and fund level transactions. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Ms. Brennan was with White Case LLP in Los Angeles where she served as an associate in the commercial litigation group, focused primarily on the areas of real estate and securities law. Ms. Brennan received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Communications from the University of Michigan and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of the California Bar, American Corporate Counsel and International Council of Shopping Centers.
